Pieniazek Szczepan Aleksander
This took place in the hamlet of Parysow on December 15/28 (first date is in the Julian calendar used in Russia and the second date in the Gregorian calendar used in Poland and in the West), 1913 at 3 PM. Came before me Jozef Pieniazek, 32 years old, a farmer residing in Slup in the presence of Andrzej Zadrozny, 40 years old, and Tomasz Lysiak, 48 years old both farmers residing in Slup and presented to us a baby of the male sex declaring that he was born in Slup yesterday (December 27, 1913) at 10 PM from his legal wife, Zofia, maiden name Mroczek, 26 years old. This baby was baptized today by Priest Antoni Skrzymowski, Vicar of this parish with the names Szczepan Aleksander and his godparents were Andrzej Zadrozny and Katarzyna Dembowiecka (?). This document was read to the reporting person and to the witnesses and as they were illiterate, was signed only by me.
