Wojciech Tarkowski with Anna Szultz

This happened in Wisznice on November 12/24, 1874 at 6 PM. We declare that in the presence of the witnesses Jan Przesmycki, an owner of a farm in Lyniew age 45 and of Jozef Brysinski age 36 a religious marriage was contracted between Wojciech Tarkowski, unmarried, son of living (?) and of deceased Magdalena nee Ziolkowska, the legally married couple Tarkowski born in Huszcza and presently living in Lyniew age 30 and Anna Szultz (Szulc), unmarried, daughter of presently living Piotr and deceased Marianna nee Stanilewicz the legally married couple Szultz, born in Rossosz and presently living in Lyniew with her parents age 17. This marriage was preceded with three bans in the Wisznice Roman-Catholic church on October 27/November 8, November 3/15, and November 10/22 of the current year. The newlywed declared that they did not sign a prenuptial contract. This marriage was contracted in the presence of the father of the bride who gave his permission to her to wed and was celebrated by Priest Wladyslaw (?), the parson of the Wisznice parish. This act was read to the people who came before me and was signed by them with the exception of the bride, who was illiterate.
