| Number 498 This took place in Warsaw in the parish of St. Andrew on September 22/October 4 (first date in the Julian calendar used in Russia, second date in the Gregorian calendar used in Poland and in the West), 1885 at 7 PM. Came before me Wladyslaw Praski, a varnisher, forty years old, residing in Warsaw on Mirowska Street in house number 926 in the presence of Marcin Szulc, a brewer and Piotr Klimkowski, both of legal age and residing in Warsaw and presented to us a baby of the female sex born in Warsaw on December 24 of the past year/January 5 of this year at 11 AM by his legal wife Zofia, maiden name Schultz, 24 years old. This baby was baptized today by Priest Piotr Michalski with the names Helena Marianna and her godparents were Marcin Szulc and Marianna Kondratowicz.
