Came before us Ignacy Praski, a teacher, 42 years old residing in the village of Kawodrza in the presence of Ludwik Tomczycki, a teacher of an elementary school, 36 years old and of Franciszek Ziemski, a Clerk of the Town Council of Czestochowa, 21 years old, citizens of Czestochowa and presented to us a baby of the female sex born in the village of Kawodrza on August 6, 1853 at 8 PM from his legal wife, Antonina, maiden name Zalejska (should be: Zalewska), 36 years old. This baby was baptized today with the names Bronislawa Symforyna and her godparents were the above-mentioned Ludwik Gustawski (should be: Tomczycki) and Teofila Gustawska (?), and Frnaciszek Ziemski and Honorata Pazewska (four godparents?).
