On January 16, 1818 at 9 AM came before me, the Parson of the Czestochowa Parish and the Clerk of the Civil Records of the Borough (gmina) and County of Czestochowa in the Kalisz Province the Noble Antoni Zalewski, welfare recipient in the County of Czestochowa, 27 years old, residing in Czestochowa and presented to us a baby of the female sex born in the house number 112 on January 11, 1818 at 11 AM, declaring that this baby was born form his legal wife, Anna, maiden name Borowiecka, 21 years old and that his wish is to five this baby the name Antonina. This declaration and presenting of the baby was done in the presence of Michal Praski, a citizen (a burgher or nobleman), 60 years old, residing in Czestochowa and Jan Muskala, a farmer residing in Czestochowa. This document was read to the reporting persons and was signed only by us because the persons named above were illiterate.
