Copy from the holdings of the  Roman-Catholic Parish in Czestochowa (in Polish)

Number 38
Kucelin
This took place in the town of Czestochowa on January 18, 1838 at 3 PM. Came before me Antoni Zaleyski (should be: Zalewski), a beggar (the fact that he was a nobleman in not mentioned), fifty years old and Jan Jablonski, a farmer, 60 years old, both residing in Kucelin and declared that on January 16, 1838 at 12 AM in Kucelin died Anna Zaleyska (should be: Zalewska) maiden name Borowiecka, a traveling beggar, 40 years old survived by her widowed husband, Antoni Zaleyski (should be: Zalewski). After verifying that Zaleyska (should be: Zalewska) has died with my own eyes, this act was read to the reporting persons of whom the first is the husband of the deceased and was signed only by me because they are illiterate.
Priest Damian Melchowski, Parson of Czestochowa
