| Number 70 Number 39 This took place on October 6, 1823 at 9 AM. Came before me, the Parson and clerk of the Civil Records of the Truskolasy Parish, County of Czestochowa, Circuit of Wielun, Province of Kalisz, Wincenty Garus, 38 years old, and Piotr Kurzac, 40 years old, both residents of Truskolasy and residing on their land and declared that Wojciech Praski, 50 years old, a beggar in Truskolasy, husband of Salomea, maiden name Klak, forty years old, died on October 4, 1823.
