This took place in the town of Czestochowa on June 6, 1944 at 10 AM. Came before us Ignacy Praski a teacher, 33 years old residing in Kawodrza in the presence of Wincenty Badkowski, a deputy head of a village (wojt) of the borough (gmina) Gorzelnia and residing there (in Gorzelnia), 58 years old and Benedykt Golebiowski, a farmer from Kawodrza, 36 years old and present to us a baby of the male sex born in Kawodrza on the 28th day of the previous month (May 28, 1844) at 10 PM from his legal wife, Antonina, maiden name Zalewska, 24 years old. This baby was christened today with the names Wladyslaw Wincenty and his godparents were the above-mentioned Wincenty Badkowski and Jozefa Badkowska. This document was read to the reporting person and to the witnesses and was signed by us, the father, and the first witness as the second witness is illiterate.
