| (Round seal with the letters DK) Number 112 Number 128 Kawodrza This took place in the town of Czestochowa on March 17, 1849 at 10 AM. Came before me Benedykt Golebiowski, 38 years old and Jan Drzejowski, 26 years old, both farmers residing in Kawodrza and declared that on 15th of this month (March 15, 1849) at 8 AM died Antoni Praski, two months old, son of Ignacy Praski and Antonina, the married couple Praski, teachers residing in Kawodrza. After verifying the death of Antoni Praski with my own eyes, I read this document to the reporting person and to the witnesses. As they were illiterate, only I signed this document.
