This took place in the town of Czestochowa on January 14, 1849 at 1 PM. Came before us Ignacy Praski, a teacher, 38 years old, residing in Kawodrza in the presence of witnesses Benedykt Golebiowski, 30 years old, and Adam Glinski, 38 years old both farmers from Kawodrza and presented to us a baby of the male sex born in Kawodrza on January 6 of this year (January 6, 1849) at 3 PM from his legal wife, Antonina, maiden name Zalewska, 30 years old. This baby was baptized today with the names Antoni Kacper and his godparents were Mateusz Apitt and Emilia Apitt. This document was read to the reporting person and to the witnesses and signed only by us and by the reporting person as the witnesses are illiterate.
