| Number 10 Kawodrza This took place in the town of Częstochowa on June 22, 1846 at 7 PM. Came before us Ignacy Praski, a teacher, 36 years old, residing in Kawodrza in the presence of Antoni Lasocki, a village leader of the borough (gmina) of Lisiniec residing in Jasna Gora, 24 years old, and Antoni Mlynarski, the organist in Czestochowa, 46 years old and presented to us a baby of the female sex declaring that she was born in Kawodrza on the sixth day of the present month and year (June 6, 1846) at 4 PM from his legal wife, Antonina Zalejska (should be: Zalewska), 26 years old. This baby was baptized today with the names Emilia Antonina Salomea and her godparents were the above-mentioned Antoni Lasocki and Salomea Grzybowska. This document was read to the reporting persons and to the witnesses and signed.
