Received her from the Sacred Font (her Godparents were) the Generous (member of the nobility class) Andrzej Sczygielski and the Generous (member of the nobility class) Konstancja Smialecka maiden (the term maiden is used, because it is not possible to create in Polish a version of the surname Smialecki for an unmarried woman) from the village of Gorzno.
